Nothing seems to get easier as one gets older. I am 51 years old, weight about 160, and simply want to lose about 10-12 pounds so a lot more of my clothes fit me. I am stuck in a sedentary lifestyle because I have fibromyalgia. Not a severe condition. If you put me on a spectrum, I am doing quite well compared to lots of others with this condition, but I have just enough to make me tired and unable to exercise much without suffering from a lot of muscle and joint pain the next day. Currently I try to do about 10 minutes every other day on my elliptical machine. My hips and knees hurt. I have managed to lose 1 pound in two weeks, and this is going to be tough. Wish me luck!

Feel free to add me...I am 39 with about 50 lbs left to lose. Its a lot harder with fibro, but I try to keep at it! I have an 8 month old son who is becoming mobile, and I want to keep up with him!0
