You are right, my levels were set to moderately active - so i guess i need to change that and log as i go along to get the best results. And thanks for the tips about weight lifting!0 -
Ok, apologies all. Technology is right - man is wrong.
It was down to my goals and my weight. I'm such an idiot as this didn't cross my mind. I've also changed my predicted exercise and will just add that as i go along and will adjust calories accordingly.
