New to this and so far liking it

Hello all,
I doownloaded the ap on my Kindle in Jan but never used it. I have been doing Jazzercise for 3 months now and my friend who got me onto that convinced me to pair it with this service as well. So I'm excited I've logged yesterday and today and decided I'm pushing to log every day for 2 weeks to see how much I like it. I already am having questions aboout when and how much I'm eating... this is great!

Hi. A couple more things. Check out weightofthenation.hbo.com. You will be shocked. The number one thing that makes us fat is calories from drinks. Juice included. Just drink water. Push water and eat clean. It is only hard the first week. Also. If you can handle it take a rest day. Sunday is my day off. That does not mean I will eat 5000 cals. It just means that I will eat small portions of yummy food and I still track it. Last Sunday I had chocolate chip cookies and today we ate at claim jumper and I ate small bites of cheesecake. I tracked it all and stayed under my calorie goal. Stay with this diabetes is horrible. You do not want it and you can prevent it.
. Pre diabetic does not mean you will be diabetic. Oh. And try Zumba if you can. It is extremely fun
