what has always amazed me is the amount of time it takes to actually burn a calorie ... jezus lord, it sure makes me think twice about really high calorie foods because it's just too much work to burn them off! another way my laziness pays off...

That's an awesome quote. I've already figured out once I get to my goal it'll take vigilance to stay there. I'm just plateauing right now & it makes me want to stomp my feet & whine like a small child.

All my friends are losing weight fast but not me. I have restarted my weight loss journey 3 months ago and lost only 6.4 pounds!!!!! I wish it was easy for me too!!!!!!!!!
