Motivation help...

Hey all, I was wondering if there was anyone out there that had any advice for eating healthy and finding time to work out while working and going to school. I don't think I have really improved much in the 4 months since I've joined but I want to change that. Because my work schedule varies from week to week and even day to day it makes it difficult to keep a set schedule for working out. Also working at a grocery store surrounded by junk makes choosing the right things to eat difficult.

And I am not trying to make excuse I just was wanting some tips for how to eat healthy for cheap and work out with crazy schedules.
