I say eat it but make it small size or sugar free is always best0

Personally, I go for it. But only a little. 100 calorie packs are great. Fun size is always good, too. (With Halloween around the corner, these abound!) If you deny yourself what you are craving, eventually you feel entitled or unable to stop yourself. And then you will eat WAY too much of it. A little every once in awhile is good so that you don't go overboard. Just keep it under control!0

Have your junk food once in a while, but try to make better choices and exercise to earn the extra calories. It's really important to watch sugar and salt content, so keep that in mind when you're making your choices.0

Moderation is key. If I want something sweet I have 1/2 a peanut butter & jelly sandwich wit reduced fat pb & sugar free jelly. If I want something really sweet I'll have a handful of Reese's pieces. If a roommate makes cookies I'll have 1 cookie Allowing these things when I really want them keeps me on track & I don't feel deprived0

I don't deny myself anything--just any amount. It's so hard to reisist when all you can do is think about that one item. I just have a small bit and then busy myself with something else as well as drink a glass of water after I indulge--remember you must limit the amount.
