Hello from Pittsburgh!

So, my Dad's GF told me about this site. I thought, "Great another site another site to confuse me on my eating choices" That was till I started reading, took me about 26 minutes to join.

I've been on this weight loss roller coaster for about 18 years, most of my married life. I'll be married 28 years next Friday. I had joined WW in 2007, did really well, lost about 55lbs, we then went on a cruise, I did really well, in that week only gained 1/2lb. I was so happy, but within 2-3 weeks, the scale started creeping back up even though I was following everything I had been doing. I got disgruntled and quit.

3 months ago, I had bad heart palpitations, gave us a scare. So I've been watching what I eat and exercising. I've lost about 10lbs in about 3 months. Not as much as I would like but I know I don't eat enough. So this is part of the reason I joined so I could try to keep track better and hopefully eat enough daily for the activity I do. I clean 1 house a day 4 days a week and then I ride my horse 3 - 5 days a week anywhere from 45 min - 1 1/2 hours, either doing a lesson or trail riding.

I hoping that this will help me and in turn it should help my DH.
