SO i just started working with a trainer this past week and have done really well. But now i feel like im getting the flu or something, im really run down, its going around right now here. I dont want to mess up what i started. I know i probably shouldnt work out and i should just take it easy. So should i just try and eat healthy and keep it to my suggested calorie intake until i feel better?

Yea don't push it you don't want to make yourself worse! Just stay within your calories and you will be fine, if you don't feel like eating just eat as much as you can but don't worry you'll still lose just maybe not as much as you would have hoped and drink lots of fluids!

Yes, take it easy--and don't give your bug to your trainer!
HOpe you feel better soon. :flowerforyou:0 -
I read here the other day that an illness from the waist up (cold, cough, sinus) you can still work out, but an illness from the waist down (stomach, intestinal, etc) should be rested.0

I would say if you can do something light (maybe at home vs. going to the gym) until you're feeling better, that might be best. I am having sinus issues right now, so I am not sure what I'll get done, but I need to do something (lighter).0
