OK I haven't been logging my exercise at all because I do the Jillian Michaels workout well there's no entry for it cause it's based on how many calories you burn right? Well I really don't know how many calories I burn I don't have one of those heart rate watches and can't really afford it so what could I log in as a replacement that would be an estimate? Or should I just continue leaving it blank?

Is it basically aerobics and strength training? If so, enter it as that.0

i don't know which jillian michaels thing you're doing but when i do 30 day shred i log it as 20-25 (depending on which circuit since they're not all exactly 20 minutes) of circuit training.0

Use the Perceived exertion scale. It's not as accurate as an HRM, but it'll get you close.
Find out your perceived exertion, click on the calorie calculator for it, and it'll give you an approximate calorie count.
