Sedentary or Lightly active?

How many hours a day do I have to be on feet if I want to choose Lightly Active as my activity level? I am a home maker with a 15month old toddler. I am on feet from about 9am to 2pm and from 9pm to 12am. other times its just mostly browsing n playing with my baby which doesn't require much movement.. I have kept my activity level at Sedentary in MFP and its helping me lose , but it would be good if could up my calories a bit..

I doubt that any mum is going to be truly sedentary - you are much more likely to be lightly active.

Really though, the only way to know what calorie level suits you is to pick one, eat the recommended cals (including exercise cals) for a month and see how your body responds.

I don't know of a hard and fast definition of "lightly active," but if a second opinion helps, I definitely think you qualify! :)
