Body Fat Calculator

can anyone suggest a good one? I'm confused! Put my weight and measurements into an online calcuclator last week and body fat came in at 37.7% - this week I tried a different calculator because I forgot which one I'd used previously. It had me down as 27.7% but I've only lost 3lbs (1/2 inch off hips and 1/4 inch from arms). That can't be right I thought so I entered last weeks weight and measurements into the new calculator and it gave me a much lower reading than 37.7%
Is their a reliable one out there?

Fat2fitradio.com has three: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/
I use the military one and the Covert Bailey one as I've heard they're both quite good. They give me quite different results - the military one is about 10% higher than the other one. Comparing what I look like to pictures online, I'm guessing I'm really somewhere between the two. They're unlikely to be 100% accurate, but at least if you stick to the same one, you can see what your progress really is.
These pictures are quite handy: http://www.leighpeele.com/body-fat-pictures-and-percentages0 -
