I have been doing what i'm doing for 2 weeks now cutting out bad foods such as chips etc , only drinking water, eating oatmeal, green tea, chicken, eggs, fruit , vegetables.. plus doing some kind of work out everyday. I work with kids so i'm always moving around.. then when I come home I do about 15 minutes of a mixture of weights/planks/lunges/crunches . Then usually I go for a walk with my kids but I can't seem to get past 142.... help

Just keep moving foward. It took me about 3 weeks to move out of the 150s. You can do it!0

Sunshine is right, be keep going, it will happen. You are doing good things. Watch how your clothing fits instead of the scale, especially when you are working muscle.0
