I had this in Turkey and was really surprised to find out how healthy it was. Its now one of my staples because the ingredients are easy to find and you can eat it for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Its only 222 calories! I personally add a teaspoon of paprika to add flavor. You can make it healthier by taking out the yoghurt- I've never used it (or using a low fat type), I only add half a teaspoon of sugar and if your serious, you can just use egg whites and take out the yolk. Happy Cooking!!!

Also if you haven't used the BBC Good Food website, I would seriously recommend it. There is a huge range of recipes and they always have the nutritional information.

I will second the good food website!

You can search recipes by ingredient, cuisine, dish, course, calorie content etc... and then keep them in an online binder & print them out.

It doesn't matter if you arent from the UK, just google a measurement/ oven temp and convert it to what you are used to.
