Going from low carb to normal?

Hey so, I tried low carb for a while and although I like components of it (more veggies protein etc) it did NOT work for me and caused binging and restricting.
However i'm trying to eat a normal calorie deficit and i'm struggling to get over my 'fear of carbs' since doing low carb. I'm talking about healthy sources here like fruit, grains, oatmeal etc.
Anyone else expeirence this? Does it get easier? I get so tempted to go back low carb but I know it will lead to binging again.

I think maybe the best thing to do is to speed up the pre-maintenance phase of atkins. Every few days add 5-10g of carbs until you get to a place where you are eating *normal* but are still losing...
I actually never did induction--I went straight for 50g net per day the first time I went low carb. This time around I am allowing myself up to 100g net, and I am still losing.0 -
Thanks, I will look into the atkins.
I wish I never started it, my diet was fine before. I suppose it's a learning curve anyway.0
