Getting started for the *&^%$ teenth time

Life gets so fast paced that I allow everything to take precedent over me. I now know that when I forget to put me first I am jeopardizing my health. 2 years ago I was focused and managed to lose 42 lbs in a year. Then I lost focus and allowed work, family, relationships,etc to get in the way. Well....I'm back!

And it is time for a true lifestyle change. This time it is for good. I want to create sustainable habits (exercise, eating, etc) that make me feel good and I can do without feeling like its an incovenience.

Hello...I'm Gina. Just turned 35 years old and am divorced mother of one 8 year old boy. He too needs better habits. He is starting to get a little pudge. That is a no-no. So, better habits here we come. I am motivated and focused and hope that I can look to you guys for support and inspiration. I will largely be using my android phone for updates but will definitely try to blog and post in the community a few times per week.

Please friend me...I need all the help I can get!:wink:
