Help logging work

hello, I just started a new job as a cashier at Sears. My work day consists of eight hours of standing at the register, walking around straightening my area up, folding, hanging up clothing, and no sitting. I really don't want to go way under or over on the days I work, especially since its five days a week, but I'm not really sure how to log it. I was thinking logging part of the time as walking 2 miles an hour, but I'm not too sure how much.


I am 5 ft 3 in and weigh 156.6 as of today. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
