Wind surfing and Rock climbing

Hi all,

I have decided to start trying new things that I never thought I would!

The next are wind surfing and rock climbing... Would you rate these as quite good for toning/cardio?

Not sure what I should expect? :-)

    Was searching for something and found this, so thought I might as well reply - rock climbing is excellent for 'toning' - can't deny that's one of the reasons I started doing it.
    Have a look at the good guys and gals that do it at your local places - 'most all will have enviable bodies.
