What is the best type of premade protein/nutrition shake?

What are the best premade protein/nutrition shakes? I am looking for something I can just grab out of my fridge on the way to work for a lunch supplement or snack to try and get my numbers up. I have a hard time reaching my calorie goal otherwise.

    walk into your local exxon-mobil mini mart and see if they have core power or muscle milk.

    pure protein makes a really good one - 35 grams of protein, only 1 sugar and depending on the flavor about 3-4 carbs!

    i've had the chocolate, mint chocolate and cookies and cream - love them all :) i bought mine at trader joe's and online at vitacost.com
