Been hearing a lot about this... been trying to lose it on my own... not working! I will have to play around on the website to figure things out more but thought I would introduce myself. 38 years old, mother of two busy kids, teacher. I started running and I am surprised that I am enjoying it. My goal is to run a 5k by the end of summer. I can run 1.5 miles now... that is good for me!! I am taking a spinning class twice a week and I am really loving that. I have been doing both of these since the beginning of summer and I am not losing weight... so obviously I need to really look at my food intake and get some support. I'll be back!
