Fizzling out

UUUGGGHHH!!!! 5 Weeks in and i've lost 15lbs but from last week to this week nothing. Why am I fizzling so soon??? My calorie intake started me at 1200 on here which seems to be what everyone who is female is started at. Should I be adjusting my carbs or fat or something??? I'm 5'4" started at 192lbs down to 177lbs doing this for five weeks.
