Hey guys, I need to head off to school soon so I figured I'd start the thread.

Starting weight 262
Last Week: 228
*friday I was 227.6

I'm going with Friday because I was very bad this weekend. I'm nervous about this coming week because OSAP has yet to come in so I'm having Mac and Cheese this week. Yummy but very high cal.

    wasn't too great this weekend (especially friday and saturday, but sunday was good) but i'm getting back on track and hopefully i'll be back to my friday weight in the next few days and then i'll get below it!!!

    Even though I"m very depressed and dealing with my issues, I"m doing good food wise and still losing weight.

    That's great, Elysetoplin! I like to weigh everyday, I like to see the scale change every couple of days.

    I weigh Thursdays because that's the one day I make it to the gym (where the scale is) in the morning so I figure it's the best time to weigh in!

    Last week: 164.4
    This week: 162.6

    Also this group has kind of died recently lol... I guess we are all busy with school!
