Routine Ideas for The Ladies?

Hey Ladies (and Gentlemen who may have helpful suggestions)
Hoping you all may have some suggestions on workout routines. Looking to drop a little bit of weight but mainly build some lean muscle.
I usually work out 5-6 days a week, but unfortunately my schedule only allows 30-45min, some days I am lucky enough to hit 60 but it's rare b/c of my schedule (Tuesday and Thursdays are my 30 min days bc I squeeze my workout in during my lunch break). I used to do TONS of cardio but cut that down to 2x a week, then 5-10 min cardio warm-up and cool-downs on my strength days.
I have a weak upper body, so use 10lbs weights for the most part. Some things I do with 5lbs; I know I need to improve that.
Anyhow, looking for some strength routines that I may be able to mainly squeeze into my 30 min days.
Any ideas would be SO greatly appreciated.
Thanks all!

I also have 'The New Rules of Lifting for Women" but want to be sure I have enough to keep me from getting bored. I don't have access to machines, but a decent amount of weights at home.0 -
Check out Starting Strength or All Pro's Beginner Workout. Both are full body workouts 3 days a week and incorporate a lot of compound lifts. Those will allow you to make gains in your lifting as well as build muscle (as long as your on a calorie surplus).
Remember, you can't really lose weight while gaining muscle. You'll build muscle at first when you just start working out, called noob gains, but after that your body needs excess calories to build muscle.0
