Drink 8 cups of water throughout the day.

Sounds simple? Good for you, it will be easy to complete!!!

Sounds too much? Try it, have a bottle close by and sip every now and then, 8 cups is not that much and your body will thank you for it!!!

Is it more or less than your usual daily water intake? If so, did you notice/feel any difference?
