The changes I see in myself

I started my journey 5 or six months ago and really got serious about it at the first of April after a visit to the Dr. I joined MFP in May after trying to find a way to track my caloric intake. At my heaviest I was at least 230, probably more. In May as part of my program my wife and I started walking and in June began hiking. During these hikes we took a lot of pictures but it wasn't until this last weekend that I really saw changes in my face, body, and in how my clothes were looking. I could tell when I got dressed that things were fitting better but the pictures show a dramatic change.
I tried a couple of times to post the pictures but didn't have any luck. If you are interested the pictures are in my profile pictures. As of today I am down to 198, with a goal weight of 175. I picked up a 30lb bag of dog food last night and said"Holy Cow, I was caryying that around al of the time!"
