I'm looking at buying one (on a budget). What kind do you all use and do you like it? Does it interface with PC?
Thanks is advance.

sucky = strapless
good = with strap
best = with strap and settings to calculate/use VOMax (these include the better Polars FT40 and up I think)
They go in price from sucky to best basically...
Personally I wanted one in the "best" category, but the wife vetoed that at least for now, so I found a "Mio" strap/watch on sale at a sporting goods store for $50. It's worked pretty well, and even interfaces to all the equipment at my gym that says "Polar ready". There are a lot of previous threads on this with good info if you can search them (even though the search here is not real great - doing a google search including myfitnesspal may search the forums more effectively).0
