Hey everyone! I am working really hard, and doing the absolute best I can to get to my goals.
I haven't seen too much change in weigh or inches this week, but I am not going to stop by any means!
Just looking for someone to critique my diaries and excersize and tell me if I am maybe missing something or misunderstanding the proper way to use MFP. Please keep in mind I don't log water, but always drink 6-8 glasses.
Current weight 254.2 Height 5'10'' Goal is anywhere around/under 200 for now, nothing too strict.
I have been doing Zumba and Zumba toning for excersize because it is the only thing I've found that I love.
My diary is open, if anyone is interested in taking a look and giving some feedback.

I would add more fresh veggies and little less carbs. keep up the good work!0
