It's all worth it!

I found MFP about 2 months ago and have been keeping track of my calorie intake pretty well. Although I don't log every day now, I now know what I can and should eat compared to what I shouldn't. My old fast food favorite was over 1000 calories per meal. No wonder I had gained weight. After 2 months I have lost nearly 20 pounds! I have a long "weigh" to go, but I'll get there. Yesterday my husband just looked at me and said, "Girl you're looking good!" It made EVERYTHING so worth it. So stick to it and we can all do this!
