Hello!
Well, it's summer again and it's hot and once again, I dead wearing a bathing suit! I have allowed myself to gain 40 lbs somehow and I feel awful about my weight! I know I don't look terrible, but I feel like a cow. lol. I have decided it's TIME to take control of my life and if I want it, really want to get in shape, then the only person stopping me is me!
I live in Tempe and LOVE to hike. It's too hot now but I do manage some early morning hikes. Is anyone else in the area who enjoys hiking? Anyone else over 40 who needs to lose 40?
