How could I forget to have mentioned!!!
I contacted The University of Pittsburgh about as major in Health and Excerise Sciences, to get all the details before I apply!!!!! I am going to go back to school for nutrition and exercise(cause the degree basically goes hand in hand). I am thinking that may be the perfect thing to have when the company i work for expands, and they may need a nutririonist/dietician to coordinate the menus, and work on special diets. I am thinking a focus in Special Risks or Geriatric Diets, but the special risks would be way broader, and could benefit alot of areas in my career. I love being a chef but wanna take it to a way better level!!! I never thought in my LIFE Id be saying that!!!!

That's great! I will be learning a whole new eating and cooking style once my daughter starts really eating solids... We have been working really closely with a special metabolism dietician. They are a special breed of people :flowerforyou:0
