Low Salt, big flavor!

My husband has recently been told he has high blood pressure. So some changes and learning has had to come about. One thing I have learned, if it's packaged, processed or mass produced.... FUGGETABOUTIT! I have learned some good changes though, so there is hope. McCormicks makes some very tasty no salt seasonings, great on sauted vegies and bbq meats. If you like to make oven baked "fried" foods I learned about Panko breading (typically for fish or shrimp) is great! Panko breading has only 40mg of sodium per serving compared to over 400mg with any seasoned bread crumbs out there. Mix it with the McCormicks no salt seasonings and a little parm. cheese, coat the chicken in a very thin layer of lite mayo and bread it and bake it. Wow, I got the best reviews from my picky teenagers. Everyone loved it! Any one else's ideas on low salt dinner ideas would be helpful!
