    I'm 47 years old. In much better physical shape at 47 than I was at 27. Big shout out to all my fellow Generation X'ers and 80's kids! Peace!

    I was flattered a few months ago when a guy in Starbucks says to me: "wait until you're my age, you're going to have some of the same health issues as we old guys (he just had bypass surgery). I asked him how old he was. He was 43. I was older than him. lol

    I turn 45 the end of April here, and while I can feel how my body has changed, and I've had to change many things in how I eat, workout, compete, and ESPECIALLY think, I can't say I feel old - just a bit older.

    In two weeks I'm running my first FULL marathon (I'm 46). At 25 I couldn't run a mile!
