Hey guys!
My trip countdown is down to 58 days! So excited!
I would like to lose 10 pounds by then. Any tips or tricks to keep me on track? Or easy quick calorie burning workouts? Work is catering lunch all next week so I know that will be a obstacle to overcome...0 -

Do you go to a gym? If they offer Zumba or BodyCombat, those classes burn a crazy amount of calories and BodyCombat is really fun (I haven't tried zumba yet but people rave about it). Make sure you start walking now (try to walk in the shoes you will be wearing at Disney so you won't get blisters when you are down there) so you won't have any problems going from one end of the park to the other.
