3 day festival.... HELP!

We all know a festival involves a lot of eating and drinking, but three days seems like too much and i feel like all my hard work will be ruined at the end of it and all the weight i have lost will come piling back on. i allow myself one cheat meal a week but how am i going to survive three days being surrounded by bad food and drink!

has anyone been in the same situation, and if so, what did you do?

    You plan.

    Make sure you bring a healthy breakfast option with you.
    Have some small snacks you can carry around to eat just before you're no longer able to resist the unhealthy stuff.
    Walk around to find a healthy dinner. The festivals I've been to always had some healthier options as well. You might go for the burger but ask for extra cucumber and tomato for example.

    Also make sure you move around a lot. Nice band? nice music? Then jump around and dance.

    Also decide beforehand how much drink seems acceptable. Is that 3 or 5 beers? Stick to that number. (by not bringing enough money to drink a lot more beers then that)
