I just joined and it seems like a fantastic site. How does everyone like it? I go to a strength training class and I'm not sure how to record on the exercise log.

    This is the best health-related website ever! It is full of supportive people and if you follow your calorie intake and exercise plans, you are pretty much guaranteed to lose weight. I love this website! :D

    In the exercise section, enter it under "cardio". I'm pretty sure it's called "strength training." This will give you an estimate.

    It always helps me to log my food first before I eat so there are no surprises. :laugh: :laugh:

    Find a group to be part of and check in with them every day. The best way to find a group is to go to the “motivation and support” message board and read a lot of the threads until you find a group that has what you want, then reply and say you want to join and then participate regularly with them and get to know them. My groups are 50+ women and senior golden sneakers . :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
