5 Weeks in Need Motivators

UUUGGGHHH!!!! 5 Weeks in and i've lost 15lbs but from last week to this week nothing. Why am I fizzling so soon??? My calorie intake started me at 1200 on here which seems to be what everyone who is female is started at. Should I be adjusting my carbs or fat or something??? I'm 5'4" started at 192lbs down to 177lbs doing this for five weeks. Looking for advice and motivation.

  • keep at it..sometimes your body hits a plateau for a bit...keep focused !...i started trying to lose weight at 180 or so, but being 5'0 the weight looked much worse, I have now lost about 30-35 lbs since December (I still have 15-20 more to go). Its okay to get discouraged or slip up, but not for long. try changing your exercise routine (that's what I do). also remember, losing weight is a lifestyle change, not temporary ! :)
