YourShape vs Biggest Loser?

I have recently started looking in to Xbox 360 games that I can use for exercise and purchased YourShape. I really like this game and my family actually likes doing this with me. I have heard that Biggest Loser is better from some and heard that it is not from others. Has anyone used these and if so what is your opinion?
