Happier and Healthier! 56lbs down w/pics!

After having my seocnd son I weighed about 230lbs! For my 5'2" frame this is pretty huge! I didn't realize how big I was until I went shopping for post-pregnancy pants and realized that I couldn't fit in any size I tried on. I could barely fit in a size 16 and refused to buy a size 18. I got to it asap. I was using MFP but under another name so I started in Novemeber 2011 at 230 and today I weighed in at 174! I am not close to my goal of 125... yet but I know that if I could have come this far I can definitely do it! I have always had a strong support system which is so important and I can honestly say that now fitting comfortably in a size 12 (and goin down) I am so much happier. I am postin these pics as a reminder to myself and everyone else out there who has 100+ lbs to lose that you can do it! I am half way to my goal and it only gets better!!
