I have stopped keeping track of my food, and not losing weight. I have lost 100 pounds, with more to go. The LAST thing I need is to re-gain an ounce of what I have already lost. Need to step up my game, tracking my food is the first step.

Congratulations for doing so well!. I have a lot to lose, too, so you are an inspiration to me.
I returned 2 months ago. I became ill and regained 30 pounds within 6 weeks!. It was very dicouraging because I had worked hard and hept my goals at 1600 calories. So It seems to be going much slower this time. Thanks heavens for digital scales that show the most minute loss. I have at least 80 pounds to go. The MD said I will end up in a wheel chair if I didn't lose it. They have me on medications to control that pain now so I have been faithful to log, measure and weigh food.0
