Binge eater - currently turning life around!

Hey all,

I'm from the UK and am currently trying to overcome years of binge eating and the associated cycle of starvation-failure-self hatred. I'd love to get to know some fellow binge eaters, especially former binge eaters and anybody else who has a lot of weight to lose. Actually, I'd be grateful for anybody who can help me with my journey to freedom from food, whatever your background and weight to lose.

I am not new to MFP but I am new to the community and blogging side of it - feeling a bit overwhelmed right now but I'm sure I'll be fitting right in in no time
