Well i haven't been on in likea week and a half. I missed all last week of work from being sick, and didn't count at all. Luckily most of the days i didn't have much of an appetite. But next Monday I start jury duty and my husband and I are closing on our house next week. So I won't be able to go to the gym much, I'll be packing and cleaning our old housel. Also, I am really worried we'll be running to fast food places while things are packed up. So I really really need quick healthy meal ideas!!! Any suggestions would be great!!! I really want to lose these last few pounds!!

Do you have a trader joes there? They have quite a few low-fat ready to eat salads. I do that instead of fast food.

Subway sandwiches are cheap in calories....also...packing & moving is an aerobic exercise too.:drinker:
  • Suprisingly enough McD's salads with grilled chicken (or no meat at all) are not to terrible on the calories if you have to eat fast food, but if you have trader joes they have wonderful pre-made meals.

Try to be ready for it. PREPARE... Honestly, there are certain things you don't have to pack that you can leave where it can be reached and packed quickly. Better to supplement an "On the GO" lifestyle with some healthy choices that you can stick in your bag and have the choice, Apples, nuts, oranges, a high fiber loaf of bread and peanut butter makes a quick sandwich, hard boiled eggs in the fridge (I drop the yolk for a perfect 4g/17cal protein fix), make some homepopped popcorn so that you control what goes into it, so you can store it in containers and take with you. That kind of thing.
    HTH...

and utilize your moving work as exercise and count it toward your daily workouts - if you're using those calories, stay fed right and you'll sail right through it.
