My name is Nancy and I joined today! This looks like a great website to help get me passed my plateau.... I am trying to lose 20 pounds, I lost eight pounds the first four weeks and haven't lost a pound in the last two and a half weeks!?! Any suggestions or best practice would be welcomed! I walk 3 to 4 times a week, and follow weight watcher and I don't know what is going on :o(

    Hang in there Nanc. I lost nothing for months and then suddenly 10 pounds came right off! It's like boiling water... it'll happen when you stop looking (so long as you get your numbers right :-) Try changing your workout routine... challenge yourself more... or adjust your daily calories.

    My friend lost 70 Lbs on Weight Watchers. You should have much success with the help of your group and counselors!

    You could change up your work out routine or change up your calorie intake. And make sure you're drinking your water.

    I didn't lose weight for 2 weeks because I was accidently over eating on my calories.
