Bean Threads / Glass Noodles / Cellophane Noodles

I love getting Asian food made with glass noodles (or all the other names out there for them). I love Thai food, Chinese food, etc.

I've never cooked with them myself though and just bough a package the other day. So.... anyone have any good recipes for me to try out with my new item?

The only modification I suggest would be removing the shell and de-vein before cooking.
