Hello all! I am not a big message boarder but I am taking a note from a friend and giving it a shot. A sense of community can't be bad! lol! I am currently trying to stay SUPER motivated at losing the weight. I've got a long way to go to get where i want to be. I have decided to do a 5K in September and i'm so nervous. I have a 9 week training program i start tomorrow with a friend and i'm terrified i'm getting in over my head! but i'm reaching for the stars and i am going to do my best to stay motivated. wish me luck!!!! Hopfully i can keep my progress updated.

it really is awesome you're doing the 5k, that's more than i could ever manage, even when i was in shape. but you're going to do well, especially with friends by your side (like me!) and the support of the community here. you're the reason i started using my fitness pal!!0 -
