Entering "the witching hour"

I work from home and from 2-4 I have a tendancy to binge. This has been going on for months and now I am about 20 pounds more that before!! It took me a while to realize that 2-4 is just horrible for me. NOT TODAY. Now that I know this, I am armed with yogurt, cherries. A plan to do specific things at work, walk to my mailbox, and if there is time left over a chore around the house. I am DONE with binging from 2-4 so done

    That was my bad time also ,so instead of going crazybetween lunch and dinner, I eat a snack (150-200 cals) at 2 and one at 4. Keeps me until 6pm dinner.

    Snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day :) Always helps me ward off unhealthy cravings!

    Thanks I did it! I had a yogurt at 2:30 and just had some fresh cherries. I made it! No cravings now, getting ready to pick up daughter from day care and then I will start dinner. Funny how only TWO hours is so hard.
