I'm starting P90X tomorrow and with their Fat Shredder plan I can't seem to get in enough protein without eating too many carbs... yadayada.
So I decided to go ahead and get some protein powder... but I know nothing about it! Is there anything I can get at Walmart or GNC that's reasonably priced?

(I won't be able to check any replies until tomorrow morning)
But I'd really appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks guys!

I use GNC Amplified pro performance wheybolic extreme 60 - chocolate. I think it tastes great with milk and it mixes really well by just shaking it in a container. Cost about 60 dollars for 30 day supply. 3 scoops is 60mg of whey protein. It lasts longer if you don't use 3 scoops which is 1 serving. I use 1 or 2 scoops(20mg or 40mg of protein). It's also really good if you add 1 tbsp. of peanut butter. Tastes like a butter finger....yum!!

Seconded. Very tasty, and the shortest ingredient list I've seen on a protein powder.

Walmart has whey protein in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, at about $12.00 (but other than that, I don't know much info about it.) I passed it today, but didn't pick it up and look at it. I haven't tried it!

I like Designer Whey and especially the Biggest Loser Chocolate Deluxe flavor.

Let me know if you have any questions about P90X!
