Arms days are dangerous!

Funny story, but a couple weeks ago I went to job interview that spanned 4 hours and even meeting the regional VP, with a black eye. Short version: punched myself in the face while I was sleeping. No, I'm not joking. Either something in a dream transformed into actual movement, or it was a muscle spasm, but I connected with a left hook (a thing of beauty, as the evidence under my eye suggested). It was hard enough to wake me up (yelling obscenities, of course), but it wasn't until I was at work that someone pointed it out. It was also still pretty noticeable when I was at the interview, no one asked me about it, though if they did I doubt they would have believed me.

The only correlation I found was that it happened the same day I did biceps. I guess my body wanted to do some more while I was sleeping.

Maybe you curled in the squat rack and karma was controlling your arms.
