Always way over in sugars...

I cannot seem to stay under with my sugars and I don't get it!!! This is with no soda and even on days with NO desserts of any kind. What is up?

    Unless you are diabetic, insulin resistant or have another medical concern, I wouldn't worry about it. The "sugar" number MFP gives you is based on a one-time recommendation for maximum "added sugar" and is of little use to most people, since MFP tracks all sugars not just the nebulous "added sugars".

    If you find a reasonable balance in macronutrients and keep your carbs under control, focusing on whole foods like vegetables and moderate amounts of fruits, your sugar will fall in line. It is a good idea to balance meals and snacks with fat, carbs and protien to keep hunger under control.

    I'm always over my sugars. From fruit. I keep losing weight so no worries here.
