how can i be nosey and look at peoples diaries?

i want to see what you all are eating to get ideas for myself! but i can't find diaries unless they're posted on my home page and i'm your friend.

i'd also love for people to look at my diary and tell me where i could improve or give suggestions.

    Some people (like me) have their diaries public. You can set yours to public as well. I think its under Tools. That way people who aren't on your FL can see it and make suggestions.

    My food diary is open, so you are welcome to take a look. I can't say I'm the most successful, but I just changed my calorie alotment from 1200 to 1460 yesterday to see if the eat more to lose more theory works.
