I made the mistake today of having Potbelly. Don't get me wrong they are tasty however they are so not worth the calories and the salt content. One oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was 450 calories with 39g of sugar. It was tasty, but not that tasty. Their sandwiches are not that great either. The Italian sub has about 1200+mg of sodium about 76% of what you need for the day.
One positive thing I can is that they are very good about their nutritional information on their website.
If you have to go, plan your day, but if not then just stay home and make your own.
Thanks for listening..
