I am confused on how to do the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I googled it and one place it says do each level for 10 days. But I also see people do level1 for 30 days and then move to level2 for the next 30 days.

So which is the right way?!?

You're supposed to do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days, and Level 3 for 10 days :)

You can do what works for you. I did each level for 10 times, exercising for 5 days a week on average. Took a little longer than the 30 days, but still got great results. 3.5 inches from hips and 3 inches from waist

I'm joining in on a challenge the end of this month and we are doing Level 1 for 10 days, taking a 2 day rest- Level 2 for 10 days, taking a 2 day rest, and so on... I'm thankful for the rest days as I will be training for a 5k during this time as well. :)

She recommends on the DVD each level for 10 days. But do what works for you. I've seen lots of people skip days of level 2 because they "didn't like it", too.

I just did 10 days of each, no days off. And I had good results!

Jillian Michaels has said in a podcast that she intended for it to be done the following way.

    2 days 30 day shred
    1 day cardio
    2 days 30 day shred
    1 day cadio
    1 day off
    repeat

each level to be done for 10 days each.

but I say do whatever works best for you.
